Week 38 Jump*
When I saw this topic on the challenge page my first thought was jumping in fright. There are lots of enormous spiders around at the moment and there are some people who are finding it funny to catch them and pretend to throw them at others.
My second, and first real thought, came easily: Masai warriors.
Since childhood I have been quite taken with the art and athleticism in how the Masai jump.
Here's my quick sketch - and much more time spent on my colour choices and placement. In fact some of the colour was more luck than judgement, but some choices took almost a family conference to help refine my ideas. I'm very lucky how they indulge me!
